Diet for TwoSo it’s time to get in shape for the summer swim season. Why go this path alone? It is not necessary for you to get healthy and in shape alone. As your walking you could be talking about your day at work or what’s new in your life. A great friendship is developing along with a new improved you! When you start to see that number on the scale decrease, you will never feel better about yourself. What is more exciting is having someone to celebrate the joyous news of losing weight. In no time at all you will be out at the local Mall buying a whole new wardrobe, It’s been proven that when dieting with a friend you’re more likely to lose weight and keep it off, as opposed to dieting and exercising alone. Two is like having your own support group at your side at all times. Think also what your doing for you friend. You’re both becoming healthy and fit. Watch what you eat and exercise every day, four days a week. Check with you physician before starting any weight lose program to ensure that you are healthy enough to start any program. Have fun and lose weight at the same time. |
